The New Boston 4th of July Celebration is a cherished tradition not only in New Boston, but for people in near and far who come to celebrate year after year. On Thursday, July 4th, the day commences with the tolling of church bells as the famed parade steps-off from High Street and winds down thru the middle of town. The award-winning parade features patriotic bands, antique cars and hand-pumped fire engines, New Boston's infamous street floats and much more!
The Celebration commences with the firing of the Revolutionary War-era Molly Stark Cannon at the Hillsborough County Youth Center Foundation (fairgrounds), and the day-long event features food, games, entertainment, music and a whole lot of fun for the entire family! As dark settles in, grab a blanket and enjoy the best fireworks around!
